Willowcreek Ranch is a premiere Equestrian Community in Tomball, Texas. The community center and lake house provide places for members to gather and relax. Family amenities include a play beach and natural playground. The design fits the wooded and natural feel of the site while offering opportunities for active, sensory and creative play. Learning Landscapes Design worked closely with the developer and contractor to design a: 20′ long rope bridge to a climbing tower, lake overlook fort, climbing logs, slides for two different age groups, and instruments. With a partial design build approach our team was able to get all the desired amenities constructed on budget and on time. Our deliverables included a concept plan with cost estimate, construction documents, and construction observation.
